HOYA was founded in 1941 and specialized in the production of optical glass, but in 1945 it also began producing high-quality crystal products. It was characterized by a design inspired by traditional Japanese aesthetics and natural landscapes, but production ended in 2009, much to the chagrin. This is a superb item that is not available today.
