About Tsubozen
Tsubozen is a long-established pottery store that operated in Setomonocho, Osaka (Awaza, Nishi-ku, Osaka City) from 1867 to 2021.
Our store faces the Nishiyokobori River and has contributed to the trade of ceramics and the development of Osaka with merchants from all over the country. In particular, the second-generation owner, Zen'emon Misaki, led the ceramics industry with unique product development and the publication of the industry magazine "Togyo Jiho." The fourth-generation owner, Masayuki Misaki, also worked to introduce Western tableware and preserve the culture, and continued to cherish and protect the history and culture of Setomonomachi.
Now handed over to the fifth generation, the business continues to deliver a variety of exquisite Japanese and Western products to our customers through a new online store sales system.
